The 2016 Rio Test Event was the last chance for gymnasts to qualify for the Olympic Games in Rio. The top eight teams at the 2015 World Championships clinched automatic berths, and the next eight competed in the Test Event for the last four spots. Read more on the teams headed to Rio here.

Jake Dalton and John Orozco are bringing home a combined three medals from the 2016 Olympic Test Event in Rio. There were event finals held today and Dalton took silver on vault with a 14.853 average. Orozco earned sliver on pommel horse for his 15.066 routine and also received bronze on high bar with a 15.366.

Below are the nominative rosters for the 2016 Olympic Games Test Event, which serves as the final qualification to Rio. The top four men's teams and top four women's teams will qualify to the Olympics. For individuals, between 35 and 36 women and 29-32 men will qualify through to the Olympics. All medallists from event finals at the last World Championships have in effect automatically qualified for the Games, but if the team they represent also qualifies for the Olympics, their place is attributed to someone else. Rosters are subject to change.

The event draws for the 2016 Olympic Test Event have been released. The Test Event will be held April 16-18 in Rio de Janeiro at the same arena where the gymnastics events for the 2016 Rio Olympics will be held. The Test Event serves as the final qualification to the Olympics. The top four men's teams and top four women's teams will qualify to the Olympics. For individuals, the top 24 women and top 18 men will qualify through to the Olympics.

The top eight teams from qualifications at the 2015 World Championships in Glasgow, Scotland will automatically advance to the 2016 Olympics in Rio de Janeiro. With women's qualifications complete, the countries that will officially be sending teams have been determined.
