Trofeo Citta de Jesolo International Competition

Event Info
The Americans won both the junior and senior team titles and swept the all around in both divisions. The junior women outscored the seniors led by a huge all around performance of all around champion Kyla Ross who posted a 58.750. Word it that Ross has verified an Amanar vault at camp and judging by the score it seems she may have competed it. Still awaiting a video. The top Russian gymnast by no surprise was Anastasia Grishina who won the junior uneven bars title with a 15.10 and placed 5th all around. In the senior division, McKayla Maroney defeated American Cup Champion Jordyn Wieber in her senior debut. Maroney totaled a 57.850 all around, Wieber was close behind with 57.70, and Alexandra Raisman finished 3rd with 57.40. Maroney competed a near-perfect amanar vault to score 16.00 and take the vault title. Weiber earned the silver for her 15.950 amanar vault. Bridgey Caquatto won the bars title with a 14.50. Raisman won beam with 14.75 and tied for the gold medal on floor with teammate Sabrina Vega with 14.050.
