On the seventh and final day of Larry Nassar's sentencing hearing, Rachael Denhollander — the first to publicly accuse Nassar of sexual abuse — delivered the final impact statement in the Lansing, Michigan, courthouse.

Denhollander asked Judge Rosemarie Aquilina, "How much is a little girl worth? I submit to you, these children are worth everything the court has to offer," as she urged the judge to give the maximum sentence possible.

"The sentence today will send a message across the country, to every victim and every perpetrator," she said.

Nassar was sentenced to 40-175 years in prison on seven sexual assault charges, in addition to the 60 years for child pornography charges.
