Hello athletes, former athletes, and athlete parents,

USA Gymnastics has named 2011 the year of the handstand. I am doing a challenge on my facebook page to see who can post pictures of their athlete(s) or former athlete(s) doing handstands. I'm looking to celebrate the most basic skill in gymnastics and make it fun for all our athletes! Lets see who can get some pictures up. I will even be posting pictures of me doing handstands from when I first started gymnastics to college to traveling the world. Let's make this fun!!!
