Hey everyone,

I just released a new page to house all of our Technique Tuesday videos and other gymnastics coaching education videos.

This page is just like the one I created a couple months ago to house all of our Workout Wednesday videos so whenever you looking for new gymnastics drills and ideas, you can easily sort through every single Gymnastike Technique video in one place! Check out the Technique Video page now by clicking HERE.

And, you can always find the page in the submenu under the videos tab in our navigation bar above. Just drag your mouse over "videos" above and it will look like this:


As a reminder, we also have a new Routines Page where you can browse our millions of routine videos based on what you want to see - you can select by level, event, meet, and even athlete name. 

The last item that you see in our videos submenu is a direct link for YOU to upload your videos to gymnastike. Thats right, you are free to upload your own videos to share with the gymnastics community here on gymnastike. All you need is a username which is free and takes under a minute to create. If you don't yet have a user name, create one now.

Sorry we didn't feature a new technique video this week but in the meantime you can browse through our new page and catch up on what you may have missed or re-watch some of your favorites. We'll return with a brand new Technique Tuesday videos in the coming weeks so stay tuned!
