Think You've Got What it Takes to Be a Guinness World Record-Breaking Gymnast?

If so, here's six crazy things you can try:
Â
1: Try doing 31 consecutive handstand pirouettes. On September 30th 2013 Jennifer Stanley from Tumbletown Gymnastics in New Hampshire set the world record of 30 pirouettes. Easy if you can deal with the dizziness.... right?
Â
2: See how many cartwheels you can perform in a minute. The world record currently stands at 63, achieved by Yash Kumar Bachubhai Patel (India) on the set of an Italian TV show on April 17th 2012.
Â
3: For the more artistically gifted gymnast, here's a challenge for you. How many perfect consecutive split jumps can you do? Ernest Louvilov from France holds the record of 19 jumps on March 31st 2001. Every jump had to be made from standing and hit a perfect 180 degree split.Â
Â
4: The most bizarre record of the lot, and definitely worth a watch online, is the 10m travel in box split. On May 5th 2011 Kazumi Kawahara of Japan travelled 10m in 19.11 seconds, maintaining a box split position the entire time. Added to this, she was not allowed to use her arms... You have to see it to believe it!
Â
5: Think you're king or queen of the trampoline? Currently reigning is Brian Hudson from the UK, who performed an incredible 3,333 (no, I'm not kidding!) consecutive somersaults on a trampoline at Jumpers Rebound Centre in Kent on September 18th 2003.
Â
6: If you have a spine made of rubber, maybe you could challenge Chung Kwun Ying of Hong Kong's walkover record. His record, completed on November 4th 2001, stands at 1,015 front walkovers in one hour.Â
Â
Think you could challenge any of these? Personally, I think some are getting very old and need updating!
