We will begin with Utah High Performance Camp, held in Salt Lake City at the University of Utah’s Dumke Gymnastics Center. One of the nation’s top gymnastics programs has put together a fantastic display of high level gymnastics, featuring gymnasts from both the club and elite scenes. The camp staff includes all of the University of Utah gymnastics staff, several current and past student athletes, as well as many elite level coaches from around the country.

 

Next, we will spotlight a couple exciting days in Region 3—the College Bound Showcase and the Region 3 High Performance Training Camp. These training sessions will be held at WOGA and Metroplex, respectively. The College Bound Showcase will consist of Region 3 gymnasts, 8th grade and older, who are currently uncommitted to college. More than 50 club gyms will be represented, and over 30 representatives from top NCAA programs will be attending to scope out the talent.

 

To close out the summer, we will be traveling to Flip Fest and Woodward, two of the largest gymnastics camps in the country. Known for their celebrity coaches and a fun, high energy environment, gymnasts from all over the nation come to get the full camp experience in state-of-the-art facilities. These are sure to be action-packed weeks of gymnastics.
