Who to Watch this Week

Illinois welcomes in the No. 1 team and defending co-national champions, Oklahoma.  The Illini will need to be at their best as they look to upset the Sooners.  The Sooners have been at No. 1 all season and will put up a tough fight in this non-conference meet.  Friday's home meet will be senior night for the Illini where they will recognize seniors Kelsi Eberly, Sunny Kato, Jordan Naleway and Gabriella Nguyen.

Nebraska will host a key meet this weekend with Illinois and San Jose State.  The
matchup between Nebraska and Illinois could hold big weight in the Big Ten standings.  Ilinois will have two meets this weekend and that could be the difference in this competition.  The Illini will need to be tough and focused to over take the Cornhuskers.

The No. 6 Michigan Wolverines will be at home this weekend as they welcome non-conference opponent North Carolina State.  This meet for Michigan will be senior night, although they will host the Big Ten Championships next month.  Michigan will look to continue their momentum against North Carolina State.  Seniors Sachi Sugiyama, Brooke Parker and Annette Miele will be recognized following the meet.
