In front of their home crowd in Stegman Coliseum, the No. 10 Georgia Bulldogs triumphed over the No. 14 Kentucky Wildcats 196.975-194.225. The Gymdogs move to 2-0 in SEC competition, while tonight's loss now forces The Wildcats to 0-2 in the league this season.

In a peculiar happenstance, there were no all-around competitors from either team, but the Bulldogs swept the top three places on each of the other four events. Sophomore Ashlynn Broussard and junior Brandie Jay shared a piece of the vault title with a 9.90. Junior Brittany Rogers captured the uneven bars title with a nearly flawless routine that scored a 9.975. Another junior, Mary Beth Box, won the balance beam title with a score of 9.875. Jay also captured the floor title with a 9.925.
