Hill Says That Germany's Experience is a Big Benefit

Lisa-Katharina Hill is a 22 year old German national team member who is considered to be one of the veterans at this years 2014 World Championships. She helped Germany place 14th at the 2010 World Championships in Rotterdam, and sixth at the 2011 Worlds in Tokyo. She was named alternate on the German squad that finished ninth in London at the 2012 Summer Olympics. She’s experienced and hopes to help lead the German team towards another successful Championships. Her special disciplines are the uneven bars and the floor exercise.
She will represent her country alongside Sophie Scheder, Elisabeth Seitz, Leah Griesser, Kim Bui, Cagla Akyol and Pauline Schaefer.

With regard to the German team on their podium training performance:
"For me, the uneven bars was exceptionally good. On the balance beam, the beginning for all of us was a problem, but my second set I completed went very well. All in all, the training conducted was very smooth, and I also feel very good. "
About the German team at the World Championships in Nanning, team goals:
"The most important thing is that we want to demonstrate our own sets like usual in training. Of course, we hope to enter the team finals."
About her age (22 years old) how to get the team to benefit from:
"I am much older than some of the players, but some of us do not focus on or when there is a negative emotion, we can try to give support. However, our team members have participated in the major events, such as World Championships or European Championships, so the team is not new. Everyone has experience, which is very good. "
