Catch Up on the Latest NCAA Commits

With the start of a new NCAA season, college coaches around the country will continue to recruit and have many unofficial and official visits throughout the year. Below are the most recent verbal commitments from the nation's top recruits to the top 15 NCAA gymnastics programs. We will continue to update this page throughout the year. 

Update 9/26 

Sydney Laird to Arkansas 2017-2018
Laird is a level 10 at First in Flight in North Carolina. Last season she took the title at her state meet on vault, beam, and floor. She placed fourth in the all-around at Regionals and 24th AA at JOs. Check out her personal website for more information on Sydney here.

Risa Perez
and Jamie Radermacher transfer to Oregon State 2015-2016
Perez is a three event specialist on the uneven bars, beam, and floor exercise. She was previously at Arizona State for the past two seasons and posted career high scores of 9.80 on bars and 9.875 on beam and floor. She will come join Oregon for her junior and senior seasons.

Radermacher is returning to her home state after spending three years at Eastern Michigan. She competed for them five times as a freshman, but suffered an injury during her sophomore year that kept her out all of the 2013 season. She then spent the 2014 season as a student coach. She posted career high scores of 9.775 on vault and floor and 9.825 on beam.

Rachael Lukacs
to Georgia 2018-2019
Lukacs is a level 10 gymnast from North Stars in N.J. In 2014, she was the all-around, vault, bars and floor state champion and at her Regionals, she won the all-around and vault titles. She’s the 2014 Women’s Junior JO National Champion and National Vault Champion and at the 2014 Nastia Liukin Cup she placed third in the all-around. 

Samantha Davis to Georgia 2018-2019
Davis is training as an elite at North Stars in N.J. for next season. She qualified to the 2013 Hopes Challenge and placed second in the all-around.  As a level 10, in 2013 she placed fourth in the all-around at the New Jersey State meet. In the 2013 US Challenge, she finished second all-around and won vault and beam. Watch her gymnastics videos from her YouTube channel here.

Ellie Wylie to Oklahoma 2017-2018
Another North Stars gymnast, Ellie Wylie, has committed to OU and she is currently training towards becoming a level 10 gymnast. She finished third on beam at the State Championships in 2012 as a level 9 and she placed first on floor and fifth all-around at Regionals. In 2013, she competed as level 9 at Easterns and finished eighth all-around, first on vault, and second on floor.

Avery Rickett to Alabama 2015-2016
Rickett is a level 10 gymnast at Cypress Academy in Texas. Last season she placed ninth in the all-around at her state meet, seventh in the all-around at Regionals, and 44th in the all-around at JOs. Check her out on her YouTube channel to see videos of Avery here.

Alissa Bonsall to Penn State 2017-2018
Bonsall is a level 10 gymnast at New England Gym Express. In 2014, she became her State Vault Champion and finished 11th in the all-around at Regionals. Check out her personal website for more news here.

Lynnzee Brown to Denver 2017-2018
Brown is a level 10 at GAGE. Last season she won the all-around at her state meet as well as taking the title on uneven bars, beam, and floor. She finished first in the all-around at Regionals and 36th in the all-around at JOs.

Natalie Wojcik to Michigan 2018-2019
Wojcik is a level 10 at Berks in Pennsylvania. In 2014, she finished second in the all-around and placed first on bars at her state meet and took third in the all-around and first on beam at Regionals. At JOs, she placed seventh in the all-around, third on floor, and became the 2014 JO National Beam Champion. Watch some videos of her on her YouTube channel here.

Wynter Childers to Alabama 2016-2017
Childers is a level 10 gymnast from Spearfish Gymnastics in South Dakota. She placed seventh in the all-around at the 2014 Nastia Cup competition. Watch her floor routine from the 2014 Nastia Cup here.


Anastasia Webb to Oklahoma 2017-2018
Webb is a Junior Elite from IGI in Illinois. She earned her elite qualifying score earlier this year and competed at the Secret Classic. Watch her beam routine from the 2014 Secret Classic here.

Mariah Peterson to California 2017-2018
Peterson is a level 10 gymnast at Epic Gymnastics in Utah. Last season she won the all-around title and also won vault and bars at her state meet. She placed third in the all-around and first on beam at regionals and sixth in the all-around at JO Nationals.

Jordan Williams transferred from Arizona to UCLA
Williams will finish out her career with a red shirt year. Injury forced her to sit out the remainder of last season at Arizona. She has a career high of 9.90 on vault, 9.85 on bars and beam, and 9.875 on floor. Her all-around high is a 32.225 that she achieved twice at the beginning of her 2014 season before injury. Check out her biography here.

Jessica Jones to Penn State 2015-2016
Jones competes for Youngstown Gymnastics in Ohio.  Last season she placed fifth in the all-around at her state meet, second in the all-around at regionals, and 38th in the all-around at JOS.

Savannah Schoenherr to Auburn 2018-2019
Schoenherr is a level 10 gymnast who trains at Hill's in Maryland. She finished 12th in the all-around at the 2013 JO Championships and she is currently working towards qualifying Elite.
