The FIG website has posted the nominative list of gymnasts expected to compete at the 2014 World Championships this October in Nanning, China. It is important to note that this is only the nominative list and can change at any moment. Teams have up to 24 hours before the competition to change their list. 

Reigning World Champions Simone Biles and Kohei Uchimura are on the list expected to compete to defend their all-around titles. 

The rest of the U.S. women's team on this nominative list is Kyla Ross, Madison Kocian, Alyssa Baumann, Mykayla Skinner, Ashton Locklear, and Madison Desch. There are a total of seven names but one will become the alternate.

The U.S. women have a World Championships Team Selection Training Camp from September 15 to September 23 at the Karolyi Rach in Huntsville, Texas where the gymnasts will earn and solidify their spots on the team. 

The U.S. men's team was previously announced at the conclusion of the P&G Championships. The members are Sam Mikulak, Jake Dalton, Danell Leyva, Alex Naddour, John Orozco, and Donnell Whittenburg. The alternate is Paul Ruggeri.
