The first day of the men's national qualifier is complete. Donnell Whittenburg had the highest all-around score of 87.950 followed by Paul Ruggeri with a 87.2 and John Orozco who scored an 86.45.

Ruggeri had the high on floor with a 15.95, Allan Bower had the high on pommel with a 14.6, Brandon Wynn had the high on rings with a 15.3, Whittenburg had the vault high with a 15.55, Danell Leyva had the p-bars high with a 15.2, and Ruggeri had the top high bar score with a 15.85.
