LSU Looks to Continue Record Breaking Season


Gymnastike will be covering the final regular season home meet for the current number one ranked team in the nation, LSU. The meet is on Friday, March 13th against Kentucky. You can follow all of the action HERE.

LSU is having a record breaking season and has not scored lower than a 197.175 all year. At the Metroplex Challenge they scored a 197.875 and broke their school record. Two weeks ago, they broke that new record and scored a program high of 198.05. This week they will see if they can continue to set new records and make history for their program.

This will be the final regular season home meet in the Pete Maravich Assembly Center but the team will get to compete there one more time this season as they were chosen to host a Regional Championships. 

Friday will also be senior night and the Tigers will be honoring their six seniors - Kaleigh Dickson, Sarie Morrison, Maliah Mathis, Casey Duvall, Lainie Fleming, and Mckenzie Fox.
