The Federation of International Gymnastics has released the tie-breaking procedures for the London Olympics.
At the 2008 Olympics, ties were not allowed. However, the FIG has decided to implement the possibility of ties once again.
Judges will first look at the gymnasts’ E Score, then their D Score. If they cannot determine a winner, then all gymnasts involved will tie.
