According to a recent report from Sina Sports, the 2014 World Gymnastics Championships have been awarded to Nanning, China.

This will mark the 4th time for Worlds to be hosted in a Asian city, after Tokyo this October. The Guangxi Sports Center will be the main competition hall and is scheduled to be completed next year. Nanning is located in the southern part of China and is the capital city of the Guangxi region.
