No. 6 Missouri Takes On SEMO, Lindenwood In State Of Missouri Meet
Three in-state rivals are set to collide at the State of Missouri Meet on Sunday, Jan. 15, when sixth-ranked Missouri and Southeast Missouri State travel to take on 40th-ranked Lindenwood at Hyland Arena in St. Charles, MO.

The Missouri Tigers are looking to continue the momentum from their successful first meet of the season. The Tigers earned their highest score in a season-opener in program history, notching a 196.225 to defeat Illinois and Ball State at home on Jan. 6. Lindenwood will also be hoping to continue its trend upward in the rankings. The Lions are currently sitting as the highest-ranked Division II team after their season opener against Northern Illinois, Iowa and Western Michigan on Jan. 8. The Southeast Missouri Red Hawks start their season with this weekend's meet after closing the 2016 season ranked No. 55 in the nation.

FloGymnastics will be on site and you can catch all the action here LIVE on Sunday at 3 PM CST. Check out our summary below of which gymnasts to look out for this weekend.

MIZZOU'S FRESHMAN ALL-AROUND CHAMP

Headlining the field of  gymnasts to watch for this weekend is Mizzou freshman Aspen Tucker, who had a tremendous showing at her first collegiate competition. Tucker won the all-around last weekend with a 39.175, tied for No. 19 in the nation. She tied her teammates for the second-highest beam score of the night -- a 9.85.

10.0 VAULTS FROM MIZZOU'S WARD & SEMO'S BRAWNER

Several of the gymnasts will look to compete 10.0 start value vaults this weekend, including Missouri sophomore Britney Ward, who competes the Omelianchik vault. Ward was tied for No. 21 in the vault rankings last year and opened up with a win on the event last weekend after posting a 9.825. Check out her powerful vault from a meet last season:

SEMO junior Alexis Brawner has been an important contributor for the team on vault and competed a Yurchenko Arabian last season. She was tied for 99th in 2016, the highest for any Lions gymnast on vault.

BEAUTIFUL BARS FROM MIZZOU'S HUBER

Missouri sophomore Madeleine Huber showed off a beautiful bars routine last weekend to win the event, scoring a high 9.925, which was also a career high for her. Huber competed on bars in every meet last season as a freshman and had six scores of 9.8 or better. Check out her bar work below from a meet last season:

TRIPLE SERIES ON BEAM FROM MULTIPLE MIZZOU GYMNASTS

Missouri's second-highest scoring event last weekend was beam, on which they had three gymnasts score 9.85. The Mizzou gymnasts include tough acrobatics in their routines, including triples series from Ward, junior Becca Schugel and senior Alyson Heimsath. Although Ward had a fall last weekend, she is one of the team's best beam workers and was tied for No. 15 last year in the rankings.

POWERFUL TUMBLING

On floor, we can look forward to the return of sophomore Morgan Porter to competition for Missouri. Porter was the team's best competitor on floor last year, having notched a career high of 9.95 three times.

For Lindenwood, sophomore Katey Oswalt is a star performer. Last season, she was a USA Gymnastics first-team All-American on floor and Lindenwood's Gymnast of the Year. She scored a 9.875 at Nationals last year on the event -- check out her routine below from last season:
