Big time elite coaches are often known for being very intense in training, but that doesn't mean they don't have a fun side! If you haven't seen the hilarious side of coach Al Fong, look no further than this video of him dressed up as 'The Elf on the Shelf' at the competition he directed earlier this month.



Fong is dancing around in the elf costume at his gymnastics meet -- Al's Secret Santa Invite -- which took place on December 10-11 in Kansas City, MO. The meet is devoted to helping children in need receive gifts through Toys for Tots.

We love that he's out there spreading the holiday cheer!
