A gymnast with Olympic dreams has a lot on her plate, both mentally and physically. Long days in the gym combined with the pressure of big upcoming competitions and the media spotlight can take their toll, understandably so. Many of our favorite gymnasts turn to inspiring quotes that say exactly how they are feeling.

With the conclusion of the U.S. Secret Classic last weekend, we saw a lot of quotes being shared on Twitter which all seem to echo a similar message about staying positive, strong and focused.
