Iowa Gym-Nest's Mary Wise explains a front handspring and round off drill that they use for all levels. The drill uses a wedge to help athletes get their skills turned over with open hips and a proper head position. It can be used to teach these elements to beginners and also to reinforce at the advanced level.

Stay tuned for a full workout with junior elite Adeline Kenlin and Iowa Gym-Nest later this week!
