Barry Coss takes us through a drill they use at Rochester Gymnastics to work on the back half of the Yurchenko vault: the flip and twist. He creates a safe setup using a trampoline and mats at the end for the landing, allowing the gymnast to practice high-level twisting while learning how to activate their hips off the table and improve air awareness.
