Vault and Bars with the OU Women

This workout with the OU women was done October 9th, 2008 during off-season training. Last year's OU squad finished 8th place at NCAA's, narrowly missing the Super Six. They are training hard and looking to build on last year's success.
Since Coach Kindler’s arrival in 2006 the OU women’s program has been on the rise. Last season the Sooner women finished 8th place at NCAA’s, their highest finish in program history. Kindler experienced first-hand what it takes to build a program during her 18 years at Iowa State as both a gymnast and a coach, and she seems to be implementing that at OU. They have a huge season opener this year, taking on Florida in Gainesville January 9th.
