WOW: Polina Shchennikova and Tigar

This week's workout takes us to TIGAR Gymnastics in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. The workout features the TIGAR optional gymnasts including U.S. Jr. National Team Member Polina Shchennikova, U.S. TOPS National Team Member Alyona Shchennikova. Polina and Alyona are coached by their parents Katia and Alex Shchennikova. Katia was an elite gymnast and was on the Russian National Team. Alex was an elite gymnast and worked as an assistant coach to Kevin Mazeika (U.S. Mens Team Olympic Coach, 2004, 2008, 2012).
