Sam Mikulak Adds Air Flare Upgrade with help from an Olympic Champion

Reigning USA National Champion and World & Olympic team member Sam Mikulak has a new trick up his sleeve for his senior season at Michigan: The Air Flare! Mikulak talks about learning the unique, difficult skill with the help of 2004 Olympic All Around Champion Paul Hamm. If he can add this skill to his floor routine, it will increase his start value by 3 tenths of a point.
