IGI (Michaela Dugan) - 9.90 1st place!

In the first rotation of the 2013 Chicago Style level 10/elite premier session, first year level 10 Michaela Dugan of IGI nailed her yurchenko 1.5 vault for a 9.90 and first place on the event. IGI then carried this momentum on to uneven bars where they hit 8-for-8 bar routines!
