"Technique Tuesday" Bridget Sloan

This week's special "Post April Fools" edition of Technique Tuesday comes from 2009 World All-Around Champion Bridget Sloan. Sloan was a 2008 Olympic silver medalist and is currently a Freshman at the University of Florida. Gymnastike thought gymnastics fans would be enjoy learning about the special "technique" Sloan uses in practice to perfect her vault.
