Mary Lee shows multiple drills here. This first drill really accentuates the hip rising when separating the block from the flip. The second drill she shows is great for opening the shoulders. She points out that the arms have to travel over the head and underneath the body. The third drill teaches them to get back, in the hand stand shape and then snap back into a stance. She then has her gymnast add a twist to the end of this drill.
