Board Alignment behind The Red Line for Handspring on Vault

In this drill, Coach Harris uses the red line on the wall as a visual cue that lets him know about the alignment of his vaulters as they contact the board. This visual cue allows him and his gymnasts to make the necessary changes that allow them to do everything correctly pre flight. Brad has presented at the USA Gymnastics National Convention every year since 2000 where over 2,000 gymnastics professionals attend every year.
