Technique Tuesday: Raising The Bar For "Scary Skills"

Coach Leonard Isaacs at North Stars Gymnastics in Boonton, New Jersey created a system that allows his young level 6 gymnasts to prepare for level 8 and 9 "high bar" skills. It's fun for the gymnasts and helps them tackle fear of bigger skills such as giants.
