Workout Wednesday: Big Skills at Aerial Gymnastics

This week's Workout Wednesday takes you inside a training session with the men's team at Aerial Gymnastics in Illinois. Aerial has a very talented group of guys lead by 2011 and 2012 VIsa Championships qualifer Bobby Baker. With the new rules In 2013, Aerial will have 5 gymnasts competiting Junior Elite. These guys are known for their big skills. With consistency this season, look out for the guys from Aerial!
