Big Ten Freshman of the Year, Gymnast of the Year and All-Around Champion CJ Maestas

At the Big Ten Championships last weekend, Illinois freshman C.J. Maestas won the all-around helping lead Illinois to its fourth straight Big Ten title. During individual event finals, he took runner-up on the high bar, rings and floor. He was named Big Ten Freshman of the Year and Gymnast of the Year.
