Mizzou Workout: Breaking It Down For Regionals

As teams around the country prepare for Regional and National Championships, Gymnastike's Workout Wednesday will be taking a trip around the country with bonus Workout videos leading up to the Championships! Today we step inside a training session with the Missouri Tigers. Mizzou is taking it back to basics in preparation for Regional Championships where they'll hope to pull an upset to earn one of the 12 places at the NCAA Championships, just like they did in 2010. The #19 ranked Tigers, led by senior Mary Burke and freshman Rachel Updike, will compete this Saturday in the Fayetville Regional, facing UCLA (#3), Arkansas (#10), Bosie State (#15), New Hampshire, and Maryland (#34). Only the top two teams will advance!
