Central Michigan posted a season-best team score to win its third-straight Mid-American Conference Championships crown and 13th in program history with a 195.675. The Chippewas entered the final rotation on the floor needing to score a 48.800 or better to top Kent State, which had already completed its day with a score of 195.225. They did just that and more, scoring a season-best 49.225, with all five gymnasts topping 9.8 or better. Senior Kristin Teubner led the way, scoring a 9.925 to claim her second-straight MAC floor title and teammate Brittany Petzold claimed the meet's all around title!
