Workout Wednesday: Champion Gymnastics USA | Early Meet Season Training

In this Workout Wednesday we check out Champion USA Gymnastics in Holland, Michigan. This workout was filmed between two early season meets in December. The workout features both routine work and upgrade training Their beam workout is centered around pressure sets and skill perfection. This workout was filmed on a Thursday which they have "35 Skill Thursdays" along with a pressure set game to prepare for the upcoming weekends competition. Champion USA has been a top gym in Region 5 for years and has produced many gymnasts who have gone on to compete in college, including Nicole Artz the 2014 Big Ten Freshman of the Year from Michigan.
