Workout Wednesday Desert Devils

Watch a workout with the level 10s from Desert Devils. This practice took place right before the 2014 season. Head coach Wes Jones leads the team in a full workout covering all four events plus conditioning and extensive trampoline work. Desert Devils had three seniors this season: Melissa Metcalf who will be attending UCLA, Gigi Marino who is going to Georgia, and Makenzey Shank who will be going to Rutgers.
