Workout Wednesday- Splitz Gymnastics

In this week's Workout Wednesday we take a look at the day's second workout with Junior International Elite Vanasia Bradley and Splitz Gymnastics in Michigan. This workout features Splitz optional beam training and upgraded skill work from Vanasia. Vanasia is preparing to compete in her 1st US National Championships in Hartford next week.
