Appearing on Extra, Olympic gold and silver medalist, McKayla Maroney, casually reveals that she has a fractured fibula in addition to her fractured toe. Coincidentally, Maroney's Olympic teammate, Jordyn Wieber, has a fractured fibula as well. Maroney's revelation makes her attempt to walk in heels on national television on Letterman even more impressive (video here: http://www.gymnastike.org/video/653174-The-US-Womens-Olympic-Gymnastics-team-on-David-Letterman-August-14-2012 and hear McKayla talk about walking in heels on her broken toe here: http://www.gymnastike.org/video/653568-McKayla-Maroney-on-her-homecoming-at-AOGC-walking-in-high-heels-on-a-broken-toe-plans-for-Rio-and-more). On Extra, McKayla also reveals that she has a stylist, demonstrates her world-famous "not impressed" face to Extra host, Maria Menounos, and, despite her injuries, teaches Menounos how to do the Dougie. This is not McKayla's first time teaching the Dougie. In London, she tried to teach Today Show correspondent, Jenna Bush, how to Dougie (video here: http://www.gymnastike.org/video/654756-McKayla-Maroney-teaches-Jenna-Bush-how-to-do-the-Dougie).
