Workout Wednesday at SCEGA

This week's Workout Wednesday takes us to SCEGA in Temecula, CA. Coach and choreographer Meredith Paulicivic gives us a rundown of a training day at her gym in preparation for several big meets. SCEGA has been producing top gymnasts for decades. One of their top level 10 gymnasts, Kami Amemiya-Shows, finished 6th on bars at JO Nationals, and former elite Sophina DeJesus will join the UCLA gymnastics team this fall.
