2011 World Floor Champion, Ksenia Afanaseva of Russia

Ksenia Afanaseva of Russia was listed as the first reserve gymnast for the floor finals, but teammate Viktoria Komova withdrew, giving Afanaseva the opportunity to compete. She competed the final routine of the floor final and hit a beautiful routine to score 15.133 (6.10/9.033) and the 2011 World Floor title. Sui Lu of China won silver, and American Alexandra Raisman took the bronze.
