Pre-Worlds Workout: Jessica Lopez

In exactly 2 weeks from today, Jessica Lopez will begin competition at the 2009 World Championships in London. I thought it appropriate to re-feature the workout as excitement builds for the 2009 World Championships and our chance to see what could become "The Lopez".
