Workout Wednesday with Jessica Lopez

This workout was filmed May 22. Jessica Lopez has just completed a very successful NCAA career, earning multiple All-America honors for the University of Denver. She even represented Venezuela at the 2008 Beijing Olympics, and is the only NCAA gymnast graduating this year who plans to continue competing. Jessica is back in the gym working towards the 2009 World Championships in London with University of Denver Assistant Coach Nilson Savage, and has her sights set on becoming the first Venezuelan female to qualify for a World All-Around final.
