Sport Psychologist Alison Arnold lectured at the 2011 Gymnastics Association of Texas Convention on the 7 Qualities of Legendary Coaches. The goal is to help gymnastics coaches understand the common qualities of top coaches across all sports. Here is part four of her talk, focusing on the most successful NCAA gymnastics coach, Suzanne Yoculan from the University of Georgia. Yoculan retired from coaching in 2009 after leading the Gym Dogs to 10 NCAA team titles, winning her 5th consecutive title in 2009.
