What Maryland Looks for in a Recruit, and some Insight on Recruiting Rules

University of Maryland Head Coach Brett Nelligan talks about what they look for in a gymnastics recruit for his team and answers some frequently asked questions in women's gymnastics recruiting. In 2011, Nelligan guided the Terps gymnastics squad to an undefeated record within the EAGL conference and the team's third consecutive NCAA Regionals appearance.
