Team Russia Warm Up

Here's an inside look at the training of the 2010 World Gymnastics Champions. This is the warm up the Russian team did before their light workout the evening before the qualification round of the 2010 World Championships in Rotterdam. The Russians went on to win their first World Team Title since the break up of the Soviet Union, and 16-year-old Aliya Mustafina was crowned 2010 World All Around Champion with a dominant performance.
