Amy's Gymnastics September 2010

These are some training clips from my adult gymnastics class at Texas Dreams Gymnastics in Coppell, Texas. I did gym as a kid for about 7 years for fun, and started gymnastics again in January of 2010. We have class once a week for about an hour to hour and a half and can work on whatever we like. The other girl Jennifer in the video, she and I switch off weeks doing two rotations each week, so one week we'll do vault and bars, then beam and floor the next week, since we have limited time in the gym. We are trying to get more hours in the gym starting soon! I hope you like the video!
