Pre-World Selection Camp Workout Wednesday at Hill's Gymnastics

This week's gymnastics workout video highlights one of the best coaches in American gymnastics over the past 3 decades, Kelli Hill. Kelli has coached an athlete to every Olympic Games since 1992 beginning with Dominique Dawes. Hill's is currently home to US Senior National team member Kytra Hunter who was invited to attend the World Championships selection camps, the first of which began on Monday.
This workout was filmed on August 17th, just a few days after Kytra returned home from her 4th place finish at the 2010 USA Championships in Hartford. After a successful national competition, Kytra and Kelli had to shift their focus to the upcoming US World team selection camps. Kelli's level 10 girls were finishing up their summer training and working skills for next season. Alexis Caroll (blonde in the black leo) has committed to Penn State, and Dayah Haley (purple leo) has committed to West Virginia. Kytra Hunter signed with Florida but is deferring until December for Worlds.
