Workout Wednesday at Flip Fest Camp

This week's gymnastics workout video comes from the Flip Fest camp run by US Olympians John Macready and John Roethlisberger. The guest coaches for this session were 2008 Olympian Samantha Peszek, 2004 Olympian & NCAA Champion Courtney McCool, and 2008 Olympian Raj Bhavsar.
This workout was filmed over a few days at Flip Fest and features campers of all ages and levels.
