Workout Wednesday with the Twin City Twisters

This week's gymnastics workout video features the Twin City Twisters level 10 team from Minnesota. TCT consistently produces strong optional and level 10 gymnasts. Senior gymnast Bailee Zumwalde has signed to compete for the University of Arkansas next season and junior Jessie DiZiel has committed to the University of Nebraska. Maggie Nichols is a junior international elite.
This workout was filmed on March 8th just after their home meet, the Northern Lights Classic. The team was preparing for the Minnesota State Meet where they ended up winning the team title in every level (7-10)!
