Workout Wednesday with the Penn State Men

This week's gymnastics workout video features the 12-time National Champion Penn State University men's gymnastics team. This year's team is full of newcomers with a few key returners. The Nittany Lions are heading into this weekend's NCAA National Championships in the 8th position.
