Penn State Pre-Meet Ritual

The morning before every meet, the Penn State women's team get together for some team bonding and mental preparation. Before one of their 2010 home meets, they gave gymnastike viewers an inside look at their pre-meet rituals.
The Nittany Lions will have their final home meet in Rec Hall this Saturday as they host one of the 2010 NCAA Regional Championships. If you're in the area, come out and support the girls as they compete to qualify to the 2010 NCAA National Championships!
